hand colored photographs of faces in the forest

Our November exhibit, Guardians of the Forest, showcases Susan Jones’ anthropomorphic series. Humans are programmed to recognize faces; she shares the faces she sees as she walks through some of Wake County’s wonderful parks. Her work will be on display until November 25, 2017.

Tipping Paint Artists is a diverse group of artists that share a passion for creating art. Their individual visions result in an exciting original mix of media, influences, and subject matter. As a group, they have come together to share their creative inspiration with each other and the community.

Our mission is to help promote the visual arts as a necessary, valid, and worthwhile contribution to Raleigh’s cultural growth.
